Stickman Animator came out in 2024 from a small studio called Twist Studios. It’s one of those games that looks super simple at first but ends up eating a lot of your time. You basically mess around with a stick figure and make it move however you want. You can make little scenes, short fights, or just random goofy animations. It’s not really about winning or losing, it’s just fun to see what you can make.
There are two main things you can do animation mode and play mode. In animation mode, you move the stickman frame by frame. Every limb, every joint, you control it. It sounds tricky but after a few tries it starts to feel natural. Then you switch to play mode and hit play, and suddenly your stickman is doing whatever weird stuff you made it do. People use it to make fight clips, some do silly dances, some just experiment.
There’s not really a map, just a flat workspace where everything happens. You can add props, throw in a few backgrounds, and move the camera around a bit if you want. It’s small-scale and personal, like having your own little studio to play in. There are also a few mini challenge levels where you animate actions to hit a score, which makes it feel more like a game instead of just a tool.
If you end up liking this, check out Stickman Hunter or Stickman Count Masters. They all have that same simple stickman vibe but with different twists.
