Introduction Human Expenditure Program

Human Expenditure Program (aka Bloodmoney 2) is a 2025 indie game by ShroomyChrist Studios. It’s a psychological horror simulation where you take care of Harvey Harvington, a computer character with memories and feelings. You’re basically managing his life, feeding him, playing mini-games, and seeing how he reacts to what you do.

Game Controls

Controls are super easy. Click with your mouse to feed Harvey, pet him a bit to boost his mood, or put him to sleep to restore energy. Open the fridge to pick food like candy, bread, donuts, pie, cake, or large soup. Mini-games sometimes need keys, but mostly it’s just clicking around.

Key Features

  • Moral Decisions: Everything you do affects Harvey’s memories and the story. Feed him, ignore him, or play with him it all changes the outcome.
  • Mini-Games: Play Whack-A-Harvey, Memory Match, Batting Cages, and Heavy Lifting. They give points and keep Harvey happy.
  • Character Depth: Harvey isn’t just a digital pet. He has emotions, and characters like his wife Eun-mi add layers to the story.
  • Multiple Endings: Your choices can lead to a dark ending or a redemption one.

Tips

  • Watch the pink bar (food) and blue bar (mood). Don’t let them drop.
  • Mini-games are worth it. Points and happiness.
  • Every click counts. Some choices hit harder than you think.
  • Replay for the other ending.

It’s weird, funny, and a little unsettling. You’re managing a digital life, but it feels alive. Mini-games keep it from being just clicking around, and the story hits if you pay attention.

Top Picks

  • Ski Frenzy is a fast arcade skiing game where you control a skier racing down an endless mountain.
  • Chicken Jockey Combat is a goofy little fighting game where you ride a chicken into battle and try to knock everyone else off.
