Horror Hotel Scary Room puts you inside a run-down hotel where the lights barely work and every door feels wrong. It’s a short escape game set in a creepy old hotel. You start in one of the rooms. The lights flicker, it’s quiet except for random noises, and the doors are locked. You just have to get out, but the hotel makes you work for it.
On your phone, you tap to move and swipe to look around. Tap on stuff to pick it up or use it. On a computer, move with WASD, look with the mouse, and click to grab things or open doors. You search each room for keys, open more rooms, and keep going until you find the exit.
It’s quick to start, easy to figure out, and tense the whole time. You’re never sure if you’re going the right way or wasting time. Finishing a run feels good, but you’ll probably try again to beat your last time.
