Take Care of Your Own Shadow Milk came out in 2023 from a small indie dev. It’s basically an arcade game where you move around as this shadowy milk thing and try not to get wrecked by obstacles. The vibe is goofy but it gets tricky fast, so you end up wanting to play again and again just to beat your score.
You only tap and hold to move your milk shadow. That’s it. The controls respond quick, so messing up usually feels like it’s on you, not the game. Easy to pick up but hard to stay alive for long.
